» What are the payment options?

We accept payments by bank transfer or postal order.

For reservations we generally require a 30% deposit. We require the balance on arrival.


» Can I pay by credit card?

No, but there are several banks / ATM nearby where you can withdraw money.


» What are the hours of arrival and departure?

Check in at 5pm and check out by 10 am. Any change of schedule will be agreed at the time of booking.


» Linen is included?

The service of linen (sheets and towels) is provided for free.


» Cleaning fees are included?

Yes, the cleaning costs are included.


» The tap water is drinkable?

Yes, the tap water is drinkable . In the houses of Villasimius there is the reverse osmosis system.


» What inventory do the apartments have?

All the villas on the site are equipped with everything you need for a tourist. The detailed description and the list of inventory are specified on each card: read it carefully and look at the pictures. If you are interested in the house and would like more details please contact us! When booking, if you have any doubt, do not hesitate to ask for more information.


» Is there a TV?

In each house there is a TV set.


» Is there air conditioning?

There are air conditioning systems.


» Upon my arrival, is the flat clean?

Yes, the house is delivered clean.


» Do I have to clean the flat before I leave? And during the week?

The day of departure the villa must be left in good condition and you will have to keep the kitchen tidy. This means that there must be no dirty dishes and utensils, pots and pans encrusted, and if you use the oven, this will have to be cleaned. Do not leave anything in the fridge, and make sure that it is clean. It is strictly forbidden to leave the waste in the flat. The rubbish should be thrown in the special containers located nearby the villa in the pre-established times and according to the timetable set by the Town Council.


» If I have a problem in the house who do I contact?

Marina is available to assist with any request, information or problem in relation to the flat.

When you arrive at the flat, you will find an information booklet with lots of useful information and all our telephone numbers.


» Is there car park?

Yes, there is one parking spot for each flat. Additional parking is available free of charge near the flats.


» Pets are allowed?

Yes, but it has to be reported at the time of booking.


» Responsibility and good faith

The customer has to treat with extreme care the property which has been rented and with it all the accessories of the house promising to return them in the condition in which you received them. The customer is therefore responsible for any loss, breakage, damage caused to the property or its contents. The apartment is delivered clean and in perfect order. Holiday Marina is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage arising from the improper use of the property. It is also no liable for objects left unattended.
